Smontaggio componenti
strutturali e telaio
Per eseguire i necessari controlli
dimensionali sul telaio è necessario
rimuovere tutte le sovrastrutture
montate su di esso, riferendosi alle
procedure di smontaggio riportate
nelle specifiche sezioni.
Componenti strutturali del telaio
sono il gruppo ottico (1) e il telaietto
posteriore (6) o (7).
Entrambi svolgono la funzione di
supporto di parte delle sovrastrutture
del motociclo, e per questo motivo,
devono risultare in perfette
condizioni.
Smontaggio gruppo ottico
Dopo aver scollegato tutti i
collegamenti elettrici (Sez. P 1),
svitare le viti (3) e (9) e recuperare
le rosette (2).
Rimuovere il gruppo ottico (1)
completo.
Smontaggio telaietto
posteriore
Staccare tutti i collegamenti dei
componenti elettrici del telaietto
(Sez. P 1) e rimuovere il silenziatore
(Sez. L 8).
Svitare le viti (5) di fissaggio telaietto
posteriore (6) o (7) al telaio (4).
Separare il telaietto posteriore (6) o (7)
dal telaio principale (4).
Recuperare i dadi (8).
Controllo del telaio
Le dimensioni riportate consentono di
valutare se il telaio richiede un
riallineamento o la sostituzione.
Importante
I telai danneggiati devono
essere sostituiti e non riparati.
Ogni intervento eseguito sul telaio
può generare una situazione di
pericolo violando quanto stabilito
dalle direttive C.E.E. riguardo la
responsabilità del produttore e la
sicurezza generale dei prodotti.
Disassembling structural
components and frame
Before performing frame dimensional
checks you must remove all the
superstructures fitted on the frame,
referring to the disassembly
procedures outlined in the specific
sections of this manual.
The structural components of the
frame are the lamp assembly (1)
and the rear subframe (6) or (7).
Both serve to support motorcycle
superstructures and must therefore
be in perfect condition.
Removing the lamp assembly
After having disconnected all
electrical connections (Sect. P 1),
undo screws (3) and (9) and retain the
washers (2).
Remove the complete lamp
assembly (1).
Removing the rear subframe
Disconnect all electrical components
from the subframe (Sect. P 1) and
remove the silencer (Sect. L 8).
Unscrew the screws (5) securing
the rear subframe (6) or (7) to the
frame (4).
Separate the rear subframe (6) or (7)
from the frame (4).
Recover nuts (8).
Checking the frame
Check the dimensions of the frame
against the dimensions shown here
to determine whether it needs to be
realigned or replaced.
Important
Badly damaged frames must be
replaced and not repaired. Any work
carried out on the frame can give rise
to potential danger, infringing the
requirements of EC directives
concerning manufacturers' liability
and general product safety.
