Rimontaggio puleggie
testa/tenditori fissi
Verificare che la sede della linguetta
sull'estremità degli alberi distribuzione
risulti integra e senza sbavature.
Installare una linguetta nella sede di
ogni albero distribuzione (Sez. N 4.4).
Inserire l'assieme puleggia, appena
composto, sull'albero distribuzione,
spingendolo fino in battuta.
Fare la stessa operazione sull'altro
albero.
Inserire nelle pulegge l'attrezzo
cod. 88713.1806 per bloccarne la
rotazione.
Applicare un velo di grasso
prescritto sul filetto e sul sottotesta
della ghiera nuova (21) e impuntarla
su ogni albero distribuzione.
Importante
Utilizzare sempre ad ogni
montaggio ghiere nuove.
Utilizzando la bussola in dotazione
all’attrezzo cod. 88713.1806, abbinato
ad una chiave dinamometrica,
bloccare le ghiere (21) alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Inserire i tenditori fissi (28), completi
di cuscinetto, nei perni (13) sulla
testa e serrare le viti (5) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).

pulley / fixed tensioner
Check that the keyway at the end
of the camshaft is in good condition
and without burrs.
Fit a key in the keyway of each
camshaft (Sect. N 4.4).
Fit the pulley assembly to the
camshaft, pushing it fully home.
Repeat the procedure on the other
camshaft.
Install tool part no. 88713.1806 onto
the pulley to hold it against rotation.
Apply a thin film of recommended
grease to the thread and underside
of the new ringnut (21) and start it
on the camshaft.
Important
Always fit new ringnuts on
reassembly.
Using the bush supplied with the
tool part no. 88713.1806 in
combination with a torque wrench,
tighten the ringnuts (21) to their
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Fit the fixed tensioner (28), complete
with bearing, onto the shaft (13) on
the cylinder head and tighten down
the screws (5) to their prescribed
torque (Sect. C 3).
