Smontaggio gruppo
volano alternatore
Utilizzare l’attrezzo cod. 88713.2036
fissato sui fori M10 (D) di fissaggio
cavalletto laterale.
Bloccare l’attrezzo sul volano
utilizzando la vite (E).
Svitare il dado (35) di bloccaggio
del volano alternatore.
Attenzione
Mentre si svita il dado, spingere
assialmente la bussola della chiave
per evitare dannosi contraccolpi in
caso di fuoriuscita della stessa dal
dado.
Rimuovere il dado (35), la molla a
tazza (34) e il gruppo volano (23).
Rimuovere l'ingranaggio condotto (21)
dall’albero motore.
Rimuovere l’anello interno (19), la
gabbia a rullini (20) e la rosetta (18).
Importante
Verificare lo stato di usura della
boccola (19) della gabbia a rullini (20)
e della rosetta interna (18).
Se risultano usurati, sostituirli.
Removing the flywheel -
generator assembly
Use tool part no. 88713.2036 on
the M10 holes (D) mounting the
side stand.
Then lock tool to the flywheel with
screw (E).
Undo flywheel securing nut (35).
Warning
While unscrewing the nut keep
pressing wrench socket in an axial
directly to avoid damage or injury in
the event of the wrench suddenly
slipping off the nut.
Remove nut (35), Belleville washer (34)
and flywheel (23).
Remove the driven gear (21) from the
crankshaft.
Remove inner bush (19), needle roller
bearing (20) and washer (18).
Important
Check bush (19), needle roller
bearing (20) and inner washer (18)
for wear. Renew parts if they show
signs of wear.
