Quando si procede al rimontaggio del
disco sul cerchio pulire perfettamente
le superfici di appoggio e applicare
sulla filettatura delle viti di
fissaggio (10) un frenafiletti medio.
Avvitare le viti (10) di fissaggio
disco (11) freno alla ruota anteriore
seguendo la sequenza 1-3-5-2-4-6.
Serrare le viti alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Procedere al rimontaggio della ruota
sul motociclo (Sez. G 1).

Note
Durante il rimontaggio
dell'impianto fare particolare
attenzione all'orientamento dei
raccordi sulla pompa e sulla pinza
(Sez. F 3).
La pinza è dotata di un appoggio (A)
che determina l’orientamento del
raccordo tubo freno.
Attenzione
Una tubazione mal posizionata
può causare un malfunzionamento
dell'impianto frenante e può
ostacolare le parti in movimento del
motociclo. Rispettare l'orientamento
rappresentato in figura.
Il fissaggio del tubo freno sulla pinza o
sulla pompa deve essere eseguito
interponendo sul raccordo le apposite
guarnizioni (1).
Dopo aver orientato il raccordo,
bloccare la vite (2) sulla pompa alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Riassemblare le tubazioni (3) e (7)
sulle pinze freno anteriori.

Refitting the front brake discs
Before refitting the brake disc to the
wheel, clean all contact surfaces
thoroughly and smear a medium
strength threadlocker on the threads
of retaining screws (10).
Screw the screws (10) securing
the front brake disc (11) to the front
wheel in this sequence: 1-3-5-2-4-6.
Tighten screws to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Refit the wheel to the motorcycle
(Sect. G-1).

Notes
When refitting the brake
system, pay special attention to the
orientation of the fittings on the
master cylinder and calliper (Sect. F 3).
The calliper has a seat (A) which
determines the orientation of the
brake hose fitting.
Warning
If incorrectly positioned, the
hose can affect brake operation and
interfere with moving parts. Arrange
as shown in the figure.
When mounting the brake hose to the
calliper or master cylinder, make sure
to insert the gaskets (1) to the
respective fittings.
After locating the fitting, tighten down
the screw (2) on the master cylinder to
its specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Reinstall the hoses (3) and (7) on the
front brake callipers.
