Rimontaggio componenti

Rimontaggio telaietto
posteriore
Posizionare il telaietto posteriore (6)
o(7) in corrispondenza dei supporti di
fissaggio sul telaio (4).
Inserire dall’esterno le viti (5) e
bloccarle all’interno con i dadi (8),
applicando frenafiletti prescritto.
Serrare le viti (5) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Ricollegare l’impianto elettrico
(Sez. P 1) e rimontare il silenziatore
(Sez. L 8).
Rimontaggio gruppo ottico
Installare il gruppo ottico (1) completo
di accessori sull’attacco anteriore del
cannotto di sterzo, facendo
corrispondere le forature.
Impuntare le viti (3) e (9) con
rosette (2) sull’attacco anteriore.
Applicare frenafiletti prescritto e
bloccare le viti (3) e (9) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Ricollegare le connessioni elettriche
(Sez. P 1) e rimontarle.
Reassembling frame and
structural components
Reinstalling the rear subframe
Locate the rear subframe (6) or (7) on
the mounts on the frame (4).
From outside, insert the screws (5)
and secure from inside with the
nuts (8), applying the prescribed
threadlocker.
Tighten screws (5) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Reconect the electrical system
(Sect. P 1) and refit the silencer
(Sect. L 8).
Reinstalling the lamp assembly
Install the lamp assembly (1)
complete with accessories to the
mount on the front of the steering
head, making sure the holes are
aligned.
Start the screws (3) and (9) with their
washers fitted (2) on the front mount.
Apply the prescribed threadlocker
and tighten screws (3) and (9) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Reconnect the various electrical
connections (Sect. P 1) and reinstall
them.
