Rimontaggio elementi
esterni
Verificare le condizioni della
guarnizione OR (2) ed eventualmente
sostituirla.
Installare la valvola sfiato vapori olio (1)
nel basamento con guarnizione OR (2)
e bloccarla alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Avvitare i due nippli (8) di raccordo
tubazioni olio alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Posizionare la molla by-pass (7) e
avvitare il nipplo (6) di supporto
cartuccia filtro olio alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Posizionare la guarnizione (23) e
avvitare il tappo (22) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Avvitare il tappo di scarico (24) con la
relativa guarnizione (25) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3) applicando sul
filetti bloccante prescritto.
Rimontare l’interruttore folle (4) e la
relativa guarnizione (3) bloccandolo
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Rimontare il filtro a rete (26) con
relativa guarnizione, come descritto
alla Sezione D 4.
Reinstalling the external
components
Check the condition of the O-ring (2)
and renew if necessary.
Install the oil vapour breather valve (1)
in the engine block with the O-ring (2)
and tighten to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Tighten the two oil line fitting
nipples (8) to the prescribed torque
(Sect. C 3).
Position by-pass spring (7) and
screw down oil filter cartridge
support nipple (6), tightening to
the prescribed torque (Sect. C 3).
Position the seal (23) and tighten
the plug (22) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Refit the drain plug (24) with seal (25)
and tighten to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3) with the prescribed
threadlocker.
Refit the neutral switch (4) with
seal (3) and tighten to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Refit mesh filter (26) with seal as
described in Section D 4.
