Removing the footpegs
Removal of the left footpeg assemby
is only pasooible after removing the
screw (A) securing the lever (B) to
the countershaft.
Undo the two screws (7) securing
the bracket to the frame and remove
the complete footpeg and bracket
assembly.
To separate the footpeg from the
bracket, remove the retaining ring (10)
and withdraw the pin to release the
footpeg and the spring (3).
Removing the rear footpegs
(dual seat version)
Undo the two screws (19) and remove
the bracket complete with the pillion
footpeg.
To separate the pillion footpeg from the
bracket, remove the retaining ring (10)
and withdraw the pin (4) to release
the bracket (15), the plates (13), the
balls (12) and the springs (14).
The procedure is the same for the RH
footpeg.
Smontaggio pedane
La rimozione della pedana sinistra
completa è possibile dopo aver
rimosso la vite (A) che fissa la
levetta (B) all’albero rinvio.
Svitare le due viti (7) di fissaggio al
telaio e rimuovere la piastra con
pedana completa.
Per separare la pedana dalla piastra
di supporto, rimuovere l’anello di
fermo (10) e sfilare il perno (4)
liberando la pedana e la molla (3).
Smontaggio pedane posteriori
versione biposto
Svitare le due viti (19) e rimuovere la
piastra con pedana passegero completa.
Per separare la pedana passegero
dalla piastra di supporto, rimuovere
l’anello (10) e sfilare il perno (4)
liberando la pedana (15), i piastrini (13),
le sfere (12) e le molle (14).
Operare analogamente per la
pedana destra.
