Reinstalling the coolant
manifold
Carefully clean off all coolant
encrustation, then reassemble the
manifold (2) as described above
making sure the clamps are in their
original orientations.
Replace and grease the O-ring (18).
Install the hose (4) with clamp (3)
making sure to push it fully home in
the manifold fitting.
Check that the end of the hose (4)
which installs on the manifold has a
mark (C), which must be aligned with
the mark (D) on the manifold itself.
Refit the entire manifold assembly (2)
to the horizontal head.
Start screws (5) in their threads (E),
(F) and special screw (1) in its
thread (G).

Insert the spacer (30) and start the
special screw (1).
Tighten screws (5) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3) in the indicated
sequence.
Tighten special screw (1) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Rimontaggio distributore
acqua
Dopo averlo accuratamente ripulito
dalle incrostazioni del liquido di
raffreddamento, ricomporre il gruppo
distributore acqua (2) come descritto
nel paragrafo precedente rispettando
l'orientamento originale delle
fascette.
Sostituire e ingrassare la guarnizione
OR (18).
Montare il manicotto (4) con la relativa
fascetta (3) inserendolo fino a battuta
nel raccordo del distributore.
Fare attenzione che il lato del
manicotto (4) che deve essere
montato sul distributore ha una
tacca (C), la quale deve essere
orientata con la tacca (D) presente
sul distributore.
Posizionare il gruppo distributore (2)
completo sulla testa orizzontale.
Impuntare le viti (5) nelle rispettive
sedi (E), (F) e la vite speciale (1) nella
rispettiva sede (G).
Note
749 DARK
Inserire il distanziale (30) e impuntare
la vite speciale (1).
Serrare le viti (5) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3) rispettando la sequenza
indicata.
Serrare la vite speciale (1) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
