Rimontaggio corona
Assicurarsi che tutti i perni (14)
risultino bloccati sulla flangia (13).
Se così non fosse è necessario svitare
i perni che hanno filettatura sinistra
e, dopo aver pulito le filettature,
applicare frenafiletti sulla filettatura
di diametro maggiore.
Serrarli sulla flangia alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Applicare frenafiletti sulla filettatura di
estremità dei perni (14).
Inserire la corona nuova (9) e, facendo
reazione sui perni, serrare i dadi (8)
di fissaggio alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Ingrassare e inserire nella flangia la
boccola (15).
Attenzione
Eseguire attentamente la
procedura illustrata. Se anche solo un
perno non è avvitato completamente
sulla flangia, prima del serraggio
finale dei dadi sulla corona, si otterrà
un montaggio errato con gravi
conseguenze per il motociclo e a
chi lo conduce.
Ingrassare i perni (14) ed inserire la
flangia portacorona (13) nel mozzo
della ruota posteriore, inserendo i
perni nei corrispondenti gommini
parastrappi (H) della ruota posteriore.
Installare il distanziale (10), con la
parte sporgente rivolta verso la
flangia, portacorona.

Refitting the rear sprocket
Make sure that all pins (14) are
securely locked to flange (13). If they
are not, unscrew the left-threaded
pins, clean the threads and apply
threadlocker to the thread with the
larger diameter.
Tighten them onto the flange to their
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Apply threadlocker to end threads of
pins (14).
Fit the new rear sprocket (9), hold the
pins steady and tighten nuts (8) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Grease the bush (15) and install it
to the flange.
Warning
Perform the above procedure
with the utmost care. If even a single
pin is not tightened securely fully
home into the flange before the nuts
are tightened on the sprocket, the
sprocket will be installed incorrectly,
thus endangering rider and
motorcycle safety.
Grease the pins (14) and fit the rear
sprocket flange (13) onto the rear
wheel hub, with the pins in the spring
drive blocks (H).
Install spacer (10) with the protruding
end facing the rear sprocket flange.
