When the temperature is greater
than 65 °C / 84 °F, the thermostat
armature (A) moves upwards to cut
off direct delivery of coolant to the
pump while opening the duct
delivering the cooled liquid to enter
the pump.
The thermostat (5) is contained in a
manifold (4) mounted directly to the
horizontal head, which also supports
the injection/ignition system coolant
temperature sensor (6).
Quando la temperatura è maggiore di
65 °C / 84 °F, l'ancoretta (A) del
termostato si sposta verso l'alto
chiudendo il passaggio diretto del
liquido alla pompa e aprendo quello
che consente al liquido refrigerato, di
entrare nella pompa.
Il termostato (5) è contenuto in un
distributore (4), fissato direttamente
alla testa orizzontale, che supporta
anche il sensore temperatura
acqua (6) dell'impianto iniezione-
accensione.
