Check that the cooler brackets are
equipped with the vibration dampers
(22), (14) and (15).
Fit the RH cooler mount (19) onto
pin (26), then fit the screw (20) and
spacer (21) on the LH side.
Tighten screw to the specified torque
(Sect. C3).
Fit hose (27) onto the coolant inlet
fitting (b) from the manifold (2) to the
cooler and outlet (a) hose (17) from
the cooler to the manifold (2).
Important
Reinstall the clamps (3) in the
orientation shown in the figure, and
tighten first the upper and then the
lower clamp.
Fit the hose (11) into its fitting on the
cooler and tighten clamp (10).
Tighten the screws of clamps (3)
and (10) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Reinstall the components removed in
the procedure.

Refit the air scoops L 7
Fill the cooling system D 4
Refit the battery mount P 2
Refit the side fairings E 2
Verificare che sulle staffe del
radiatore siano presenti i gommini
antivibranti (22), (14) e (15).
Inserire il supporto destro del
radiatore (19) nel perno (26), quindi
montare la vite (20) con distanziale (21)
sul lato sinistro.
Serrare la vite alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C3).
Inserire il manicotto (27) sul raccordo
di entrata acqua (b) dal distributore (2)
al radiatore e il manicotto (17) di
uscita acqua (a) dal radiatore al
distributore (2).
Importante
Ripristinare l’orientamento
originale delle fascette (3) come
indicato in figura, serrando prima
la fascetta superiore e poi quella
inferiore.
Inserire la tubazione (11) sul raccordo
del radiatore e serrare la fascetta (10).
Serrare le viti delle fascette (3) e (10)
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Procedere al rimontaggio dei
componenti rimossi per le operazioni
descritte.
