Recuperare la rosetta ceramica (1) e
l'anello di tenuta (B) posto sul lato
intermo.
Svitare e rimuovere le viti (1) con
rosetta (2).
Operando dal lato girante con un
punzone adatto, spingere sull’anello
interno del cuscinetto (5) di estremità
fino ad ottenerne l’estrazione dal
coperchio.
Rimuovere allo stesso modo l’altro
cuscinetto (6).
Operando dal lato interno
del coperchio, rimuovere la
controfaccia (8) della tenuta
meccanica (9).
Rimuovere il distanziale interno (7).
Verificare le condizioni dei
componenti della tenuta meccanica:
non devono apparire deformazioni,
incrinature o usura eccessiva. In caso
di danni eccessivi, è necessario
sostituire entrambi i componenti.
Recover ceramic washer (1) and seal
ring (B) located on the inner side.
Undo and remove screws (1) with
washer (2).
Working from the rotor side use a
suitable drift to press on the inner
race of end bearing (5) until it can be
extracted from the cover.
Use the same technique to remove
the other bearing (6).
Working from the inside of the cover,
remove locating ring (8) of mechanical
seal (9).
Remove inner spacer (7).
Check the condition of the
components of the mechanical seal:
there should be no signs of
deformation, cracking, or excessive
wear. In the case of damage, both
components must be renewed.
