Serrare le viti (1), con chiave
dinamometrica e lettura dell'angolo
(goniometro), secondo le modalità di
seguito descritte (rispettando ad ogni
passo la stessa successione di
serraggio del passo precedente):
1 eseguire un primo avvicinamento
ad una coppia di 20 Nm su
ciascuna vite;
2 eseguire un secondo
avvicinamento ad una coppia di
35 Nm su ciascuna vite;
3 eseguire il serraggio di ciascuna
vite, con lettura dell'angolo, alla
coppia di 85 Nm, controllando
che l'angolo finale sia compreso
nell'intervallo tra 55° e 90°.
Importante
Se l'angolo finale risulta
inferiore al valore di 55° o superiore al
valore di 90°, ripetere il serraggio con
due viti nuove.
Tighten the bolts (1) with a torque
wrench and angle reading (degree
wheel) in accordance with the
procedure described below (observe
the same torquing sequence at each
step as that of the previous step):
1 first torque each bolt to a value of
20 Nm;
2 now perform a second tightening
phase to a torque of 35 Nm on
each bolt;
3 now torque each bolt, reading the
angle of rotation, to 85 Nm,
checking that the final angle is
between 55° and 90°.
Important
If the final angle is less than 55°
or greater than 90°, repeat the
procedure using two new bolts.
