4.85.3 Description of the elements
Field Description
Contact Name
Declaration of a meaningful name which is displayed on the Serv-
iceNet Overview mask in field "Contact to".
Hostname or adress
Declaration of the IP- adress of the remote PC a connection should
be established to. This IP adress is assigned to the contact name
that is defined in field "Contact name".
Name
Optional declaration of the machine operators resp. service tech-
nicians name on location.
EMail Adress
Optional declaration of the machine operators resp. service tech-
nicians email adress on location.
Phone number
Optional declaration of the machine operators resp. service tech-
nicians phone number on location.
Skype name
Optional declaration of the machine operators resp. service tech-
nicians skype name on location.
Import contact data from
USB
Imports the contact data information that is configurable on the
mask from a connected USB mass storage device.
A PC- tool ServiceNetData.exe for creating the contact data on a
USB mass storage device can be obtained from KEBA.
Export contact data to USB
Exports the contact data information that is configured on the mask
to a connected USB mass storage device.
