The configured index defines which lineariza-
tion point gets deleted resp. after which linea-
rization point a new point gets added.

Calibration of the pressure sensors is done by
entering the pressure [bar] and the voltage
[V] for each linearization point.

4.108.1 Purpose
This mask can be used to manually calibrate the cavity pressure sensors.
4.108.2 Description of the mask
The manual calibration of a sensor is done by entering values in a linearization
table.
