27. At the CIT, select CONFIGURATION-Retrieve-Crossconnection.Verify
that all cross-connections are present and are correct.
If the cross-connections are correct, proceed to Step 28.
If the cross-connections are corrupt, they must be corrected.

28. Insert the LNCTL circuit pack. This will cause a reset of the OHCTL packs, the
TOHCTL pack, and all transmission packs.
29. If there is a stuck “Circuit Audit Suspended” alarm, reset the bay by executing
FAULT-Reset.
30. Is the NE ACTY LED off?
If YES, then STOP! YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
If NO, then go to the Trouble Clearing: IXL-001
