The Low-Speed Shelf — System Controller has two front covers (Figure 3-9).
One cover covers the interconnection panel and the other covers the circuit
packs. Openings are provided in the top cover that allow the user panel to show
through and provide access to the (CIT) port. The covers are hinged and can be
easily removed for maintenance access.
