PERFORMANCE-
Initialize
-PM Initializes the performance-monitoring storage
registers (to zero).
CONFIGURATION-

- System Causes current values in the SYSMEM to be
replaced by the original values in the SYSMEM
and then restarts the software.

-Alarm Cutoff Silences the office audible alarms.

-Loopback-EC1 Executes a loopback on an EC1 port in the
direction towards the OC-48 line.

as follows: (1) Current memory values are copied
from the SYSCTL to the SYSMEM, (2)
executable code is copied from the SYSMEM to
the SYSCTL, (3) the executable code in the
SYSCTL is restarted, and (4) the current values
in the SYSMEM are reformatted as necessary to
work properly with the executable code running in
the SYSCTL.

-Active User Allows a user to retrieve the current CIT and TL1
port provisioning and who is currently logged into
each port.
