Step 6. Click on Properties to bring up the New Connection Properties window of

Step 7. The Connect Using: field shows the Modem Manufacturer & Model #.
Step 8. Click Cancel to return to the New Connection - HyperTerminal window of
Figure 8-3.
Step 9. Follow the Action steps in Table 8-1 for your Model PC or server to verify the
modem connection and dial-in access:
