5. Touch the icon of the axis to be homed (for example, the robot) to home
that axis individually:

Robot icon At the Home Machine menu, touch the "Robot"
icon to home the robot individually.
a. If a "homed" message appears above the robot icon, indicating
homing was successful, go on to Step 6., below.
b. If individual homing was not successful, report the problem to your
supervisor and the maintenance staff.
6. Check the bridge position and coarse and fine spindle height at the screen
status display area:
GOALS FOR THE MACHINE THAT HAS JUST BEEN POWERED
UP:
Note: If the machine has been previously referenced or a dress cycle has
been performed after which the tool has not been powered down,
the goals listed below will not be valid.
Bridge position = 0.000 inches.
(0.000 inches is the bridge right position.)
Coarse spindle height = 0.0 microns.
Fine spindle height = 0.0 microns.
a. If any one of the three goals is not met, repeat the automatic homing
procedure by following Steps 3. and 4., above.
b. If, after rehoming, the goals are still not met, report the problem to
your supervisor.
c. When all three goals are met, go on to Step 7., immediately below.
7. When all assemblies have been homed and the three positioning goals have
been met, return to the Main Menu:
