4 - REFERENCING THE CHUCKS
Tools Required
• two untaped wafers
• tool suitable for measurement in microns
Notes:
You must return to the Main Menu between homing the machine and referencing the
chucks.
Referencing the chucks automatically references the probes at the same time.
1. Go to the Home Machine menu, check for faults:

a. Home Machine At the Main Menu, touch the "Home Machine"
button to select the Home Machine menu.
b. Check for faults
(error messages). At the Home Machine menu, confirm that no
error messages are displayed.
Note: If an error message is displayed, refer to
the Troubleshooting chapter of this manual for
resolution.
