10. When "REFD" is displayed above both icons, remove the cassette
containing the two reference wafers and return to the Main Menu:

a. Receive Cassette
icon Touch the desired "Receive" cassette icon to
rotate the turret 180 °.
b. Lift the cassette off the turret.
c. Remove the reference wafers.
d. QUIT Touch the QUIT button to return to the Main
Menu.
