IF THERE’S A PROBLEM, PAUSE (INTERRUPT) OR STOP (CANCEL) THE CYCLE
21. If at any time during the cycle you observe a problem or potential problem,
interrupt or stop the cycle immediately by touching either the Pause Cycle
or Stop Cycle button on the menu screen:
Pauseing (Interrupting) the Cycle

a. Pause Cycle Touch the "Pause Cycle" button to interrupt the
automatic grind cycle.
b. Correct the problem
condition.
c. Start Cycle Touch the "Start Cycle" button to resume the
automatic grind cycle after correcting the
problem condition.
Stopping (Canceling) the Cycle

• Stop Cycle Touch the "Stop Cycle" button to cancel the
automatic grind cycle.
Note:
To restart after canceling the cycle with the Stop Cycle button, you must clear
the machine of wafers and begin a new cycle.
