USING THE WAFER RECIPES MENU
SUMMARY
The list below is a summary of the procedures needed to enter grind recipe
parameters. The sections following provide detailed steps for each.
1. Select the name of the recipe.
2. Enter the coarse grind data.
3. Enter the fine grind data.
4. Set the wafer parameters.
5. Quit and save your changes.
STEP 1 - SELECT THE NAME OF THE RECIPE
To select the recipe name:
Operator Action Explanation/Screen Display
1. Select File At the Wafer Recipes menu, touch the "Select Wafer
Recipes" button to display the Recipe Names List
submenu.
2. CYCLE1.WFR Touch the name of the recipe (for example,
"CYCLE1.WFR") to select it.
3. Ok Touch the "Ok" button to transfer the recipe you selected
to the recipe name box and close the submenu.
The onscreen display will now change to show the stored parameters for the setup you
selected.
