STEP 2 - ENTER THE COARSE GRIND DATA
To enter data:
Operator Action Explanation/Screen Display
1. cell Touch the desired cell to select it. (For example, on the
Coarse Grind spreadsheet touch the cell at which Step 1
and THICKNESS intersect to enter a new wafer
thickness goal for grind step 1.)
2. 682 Touch the keypad number(s) desired to enter the new
value for the selected parameter (for example, "682").
Numbers are displayed as you enter them in the entry
display box located above the Clear button.
3. ENTER Touch the "Enter" button to confirm the value and
transfer it to the selected cell, replacing the previous
value for that parameter.
To correct errors at the entry display box:
Operator Action Explanation/Screen Display
1. Clear Touch the "Clear" button to delete an entry from the
entry display box.
2. 683 Touch the screen's keypad number(s) desired to reenter
the value (for example, "683").
To correct errors which have been transferred to a cell:
Follow the steps above to enter data, entering a corrected value.
