To enter data for another parameter:
Touch the desired cell to select it, touch the desired numbers at the keypad,
and touch the Enter button to confirm. Repeat for as many parameters as
desired.
STEP 3 - ENTER THE FINE GRIND DATA
Select cells at the fine grind spreadsheet and repeat as for coarse grind.
STEP 4 - SET THE WAFER PARAMETERS
To enter values for the wafer parameters:
Operator Action Explanation/Screen Display
1. cell Touch the entry cell of the desired wafer parameter to
select it. (For example, touch the value for "Feed Wafer
Thickness.")
2. 800 Touch the keypad number(s) desired to enter the new
value for the selected parameter (for example, "800").
Numbers are displayed as you enter them in the entry
display box located above the Clear button.
3. ENTER Touch the "Enter" button to confirm the value and
transfer it to the selected cell, replacing the previous
value for that parameter.
4. Repeat Steps 1. through 3., immediately above, to enter values for Tape Thickness and
Wafer Diameter.
