VII. BRIDGE LEFT/RIGHT TRAVEL PROXIMITY SENSOR
ADJUSTMENTS
IMPORTANT NOTES!
• The distance between the spindles (when measured from center of spindle
to center of spindle) should be 15 inches.
To measure:
1. Remove door 19.
2. Using a scale, measure to confirm.
3. If you change the distance between the spindles, you must also perform the
Bridge Left/Right Travel Proximity Sensor Adjustments, below in this
section.
• The right travel proximity sensor position is used as home position as well as
the overtravel position for the bridge.
• You may not be able to home the machine until it has been adjusted.
• Both sensors are mounted vertically.
• Always adjust the right sensor before adjusting the left.
