7. Correct the position of the spin-rinse station by adjusting the three 1/4-20 hold
down screw and 1/4-20 adjusting setscrew pairs, located underneath the spin
station and inside door 10.
a. Open door 10.
Notes:
Opening door 10 shuts down power to the spin-rinse station.
Two pairs are located at the side of the spin-rinse station nearest the robot;
the third pair is located at the side opposite the robot.
For each pair requiring adjustment:
b. Using a 3/16-in. hex key, loosen the 1/4-20 hold down screw by rotating it
counterclockwise.
c. Using a 1/8-in. hex key, rotate the 1/4-20 adjusting setscrew as needed to
meet the goal.
d. When the goal has been met, retighten all the 1/4-20 hold down screws by
rotating them clockwise to firm.
8. Close door 10.
