VI. LEVEL THE FOUR CASSETTE PLATFORMS (TURRETS)
Tools Required
• 6-inch scale
• rubber mallet
• circular bubble level
• 3/16-in hex key
• 1/8-in. hex key
• cassette that will accommodate the largest wafer you plan to process
• test wafer
Confirm that Vacuum and Air Are ON
Follow the procedures found in the Operator Functions chapter of this manual.
