COARSE ADJUSTMENT - LEVELING AGAINST THE MACHINE
Summary:
Perform the following set of adjustments in the order shown for each cassette
platform.
A Before You Begin - Preparatory Procedures
B. Window Height Adjustment
C. Window Angle Adjustment
D. Platform Leveling Adjustment

A. Before You Begin - Preparatory Procedures
1. Confirm that vacuum and air are ON.
2. Power up the machine.
3. Check the window orientation when the turret is in the robot position:
CAUTION: If the window is touching the window frame, DO NOT
use the touch screen to rotate the turret!
Instead, adjust the window position slightly before rotating:
a. Open the four screw covers.
b. Loosen the four screws and screw cover pairs securing the plexiglass
window by rotating the screws counterclockwise.
c. Manually adjust the window until it no longer touches the frame.
d. Retighten the screws by rotating them clockwise.
