4. Rotate the platform, if needed, to position it facing the robot:
Touch to Select Explanation/Screen Display
a. Machine Maint At the Main Menu screen, touch the "Machine
Maint" button to select the Machine
Maintenance menu.
Displays:
Machine Maintenance menu
b. Inputs/
Outputs At the Machine Maintenance menu, touch the
"Inputs/Outputs" button to select the Output
Control/Input Status Menu.
c. Cassette 1
icon Touch the "Cassette 1" (Send1 Cassette) icon to
rotate its platform.
5. Observe the window position.
GOAL: The plexiglass window should be positioned such that the
distance between the window and the frame all around is
approximately 1/16-in.
AND
no window corners are rubbing against the frame.
a. If the window position meets the goal, skip to Window Angle Adjustment,
below.
b. If the window position does not meet the goal, correct it by following the
procedure in Step 6., immediately below.
