6. To manually correct the position:
a. Rotate the platform support as needed to meet the goal.
b. Rotate the three locking collar clamp screws 100% clockwise to fully
tighten.
c. Remeasure to check the adjustment and repeat the correction if necessary.
7. When the rotational goal has been met, reinstall the platform:
a. Set the platform in place.
b. If disconnected, reconnect the sensor wires.
c. Replace the three 1/4-20 hold down bolts at the bottom of the platform and
rotate them clockwise to firm.
8. Reinstall the plexiglass turret window:
Note: The window is secured with the four screw and screw cover pairs.
GOAL: The plexiglass window should be positioned such that the
distance between the window and the frame all around is
approximately 1/16-in.
AND
no window corners are rubbing against the frame.
a. Set the window in place.
b. Place an opened screw cover on a screw.
c. Rotate the screw clockwise to tighten.
d. Close the screw cover.
e. Repeat Steps b., c., and d., immediately above, until all four screw and
screw cover pairs have been installed and the goal is met.
C. Window Angle Adjustment
1. Close any open service doors.
