2. Power up the machine.
3. While observing the motion, rotate the turret:
GOAL: The window should close to a position flush with the frame,
closing completely and not overtraveling.
a. Rotate the turret to its load position (facing away from the robot):
Touch to Select Explanation/Screen Display
i. Machine Maint At the Main Menu, touch the "Machine Maint"
button to select the Machine Maintenance menu.
ii. Inputs/
Outputs At the Machine Maintenance menu, touch the
"Inputs/Outputs" button to select the Output
Control/Input Status menu.
Displays: Output Control/Input Status menu
iii. Cassette 1 Touch the "Cassette 1" (Send1
icon Cassette) icon at the Output Control/Input
Status Menu to rotate its platform.
b. Rotate the turret back to its robot position (facing the robot):
Touch to Select Explanation/Screen Display
Cassette 1
icon At the Output Control/Input Status menu, touch
the "Cassette 1" (Send1 Cassette) icon at the
Output Control/Input Status Menu to rotate its
platform.
c. If the window position meets the goal, skip to the Platform Leveling
Adjustment, below.
d. If the window position does not meet the goal, correct it by following the
procedure in Step 4., immediately below.
4. Adjust by tapping gently with a rubber mallet on the platform.
CAUTION: Do not tap on the plexiglass!
