16. When a satisfactory adjustment is achieved, remove the wafer:
a. While holding the wafer with one hand,
b. turn vacuum OFF to the end effector, releasing the wafer:
Touch to Select Explanation/Screen Display
i. Robot icon At the Output Control/Input Status menu, touch
the "Robot" icon to select the Robot drop down
menu.
ii. Vacuum ON/OFF Touch the "Vacuum ON/OFF" button until
Vacuum OFF is displayed.
Cassette Platforms (Turrets) 2, 3, and 4
Repeat the Fine Adjustment procedures for Cassette Platform 1, substituting cassette
2 (and door 2), cassette 3 (and door 3), and cassette 4 (and door 4) for cassette 1(and
door 1) where appropriate.
