Confirm that the Following Handling Area Initial Adjustments Have Been Completed
• Level the Robot
• Level the Robot End Effector
• Level the Four Cassette Platforms
• Align the Pre-Aligner with the Robot
• Align the Spin-rinse Station with the Robot
Procedure
1. Confirm that the two wing nuts of the two fastening setscrew and wing nut
pairs securing the grinding section of the machine to the handling section are
tightened to firm.
If needed, tighten by rotating them clockwise manually to firm.
2. Following the procedures found in the Operator Functions chapter of this
manual, install work chucks on the lower spindles.
3. At the Dress Cycle menu, dress both of the work chucks:
Touch to Select Explanation/Screen Display
a. Dress Cycle At the Main Menu screen, touch the "Dress
Cycle" button to select the Dress Cycle menu.

b. Left Chuck Touch the "Left Chuck" button to select it.
c. Right Chuck Touch the "Right Chuck" button to select it.
d. True Recipe Touch the "True Recipe" button to select it.
