DANGER: WAIT until the grind wheel comes to a complete halt before beginning
the disassembly procedure shown below!
4. Open/remove doors 15 and 16.
(For removal of the left grind wheel, open doors 12 and 13.)
5. Remove the grind chamber Plexiglas cover, positioned vertically at the side of
the grind chamber:
• Slide the Plexiglas cover upward to remove.
6. Of the right grind wheel's two semi-circular horizontal metal grind wheel
covers (part # 218495), remove the cover at the right:
a. Using a 5/32-in. hex key, remove the five 10-32 socket head screws
securing the right cover by rotating them counterclockwise.
b. Lift off the right cover, exposing the grind wheel.
c. Set the cover aside.
