3. While holding the arm out of the way, slip the new grind wheel up onto the
spindle, aligning the grind wheel holes with those of the backing plate.
4. While continuing to support the grind wheel, release the conditioning arm.
5. While continuing to support the grind wheel, install the six 1/4-20 socket head
bolts:
a. Insert socket head bolts in the three exposed holes.
Handtighten the bolts by rotating them clockwise.
b. While continuing to support the wheel, manually rotate the grind wheel
180°.
c. Insert the three remaining socket head bolts in the three exposed holes.
Handtighten the bolts by rotating them clockwise.
