6. Using a torque wrench fitted with a 3/16-in. hex key to rotate the bolts
clockwise to 8 foot-pounds (96 inch-pounds), tighten the 6 socket head bolts
in a diametrically opposite sequence:
GOAL: Tighten the six socket head bolts to 8 foot-pounds (96 inch-
pounds).
a. Tighten one bolt to 8 foot-pounds.
b. Manually rotate the grind wheel 180 ° to expose a bolt on the opposite side
of the grind wheel..
c. Tighten the bolt opposite the one tightened in Step 6.a to 8 foot-pounds.
d. Repeat Steps a. through c. until all 6 bolts have been tightened to 8 foot-
pounds (96 inch-pounds).
7. Repeat Steps 6.a through 6.d, immediately above, tightening each bolt to 10
foot-pounds (120 inch-pounds).
GOAL: Tighten the six socket head bolts to 10 foot-pounds (120 inch-
pounds).
8. Replace the grind wheel cover and secure:
a. Place the cover on the grind chamber.
b. Using a 5/32-in. hex key, reinstall the five 10-32 socket head screws which
secure the cover by rotating them clockwise to firm.
9. Slide the Plexiglas panel back into place.
10. Close/replace all doors and panels.
