F. ADJUST THE ROBOT POSITION SENSORS
Using the notes recorded above, adjust the positions of the sensors not meeting the
goal.
Send 1 Cassette (Turret 1)
1. Open door 7.
2. Reposition the sensor:
a. Using a flathead screwdriver, loosen the sensor retaining screw by rotating
it counterclockwise.
b. Slide the sensor support band to as close to the end of the actuator as
possible.
c. Retighten the retaining screw.
Send 2 Cassette (Turret 2)
Repeat as for Send 1, substituting door 8 in Step 1.
Receive 1 Cassette (Turret 3)
Repeat as for Send 1, substituting door 10 in Step 1.
Receive 2 Cassette (Turret 4)
Repeat as for Send 1, substituting door 9 in Step 1.
