Touch to Select Explanation/Screen Display
3. Spin-Rinse
Station icon At the Output Control/Input Status menu, touch the
"Spin-Rinse
Station" icon to select the Spin-Rinse drop down
menu.
4. Lid Up Touch the "Lid Up/Dn" button until Lid Up is
displayed.
5. Spindle Up/Dn Touch the "Spindle Up/Dn" button until Spindle Up
is displayed in green.
6. Read the status of Spin Chuck Up on the Input Status table.
GOALS:
1. At the Input Status table display, Spin Chuck Up should be displayed in
green, indicating the reed switch is ON when the spin chuck (spindle) is
in up position.
and
2. At the Spin-Rinse drop down menu, the Spindle Up button should be
displayed in green.
7. Close Touch the "Close" button to close the spin/rinse
station's drop down menu.
You may now select another assembly icon or the QUIT button to return
to the Machine Maintenance menu.
