SPC [STATION],[THETA],[RADIUS],]Z-AXIS]
Sets the coordinates for the [STATION] to [THETA],[RADIUS],
[Z-AXIS]. For example, the command "SPC B,10350,8500,4000" would set the
coordinates for station B to (10350,8500,4000).
SPSC [STATION],[THETA],[RADIUS],]Z-AXIS]
Sets the scanning coordinates for the [STATION] to [THETA], [RADIUS],[Z-AXIS].
For example, the command "SPSC B,10000,8400,50" would set the scanning
coordinates for station B to
(10000,8400,50).
STAT
Returns a four-digit hexadecimal number used to indicate the current status of several
aspects of the robot. Refer to the Equipe Technologies Technical Manual, located in
Appendix G of this manual, for a full description of this hexadecimal number and a
table of the information it provides.
SVOF [AXIS]
Turns off the motor for any axis to permit it to be moved manually. To turn off the
Radial axis, use the command ‘SVOF R". If the [AXIS] parameter is omitted (as with
"SVOF"), the motors for all three axes (T, R, and Z) will be turned off.
SVON [AXIS]
Turns on the motor for any axis turned off by the either the "SVOF" or a fault
condition. To turn on the motor for the Z-axis, use the command ‘SVON Z". If the
[AXIS] parameter is omitted (as with "SVON"), the motors for all three axes (T, R,
and Z) will be turned on.
TGPRE
Toggles the pre-aligner chuck vacuum on and off.
TGVAC
Toggles the robot end effector vacuum on and off.
