Procedure for Setting Pressure and Flow Control:
CAUTION! To prevent injury or a crash, before exercising the cylinder, make
sure all objects, including your hands are clear of the cylinder.
1. Rotate the knob on the regulator until the pressure gauge reads 50 PSI.
