b. Left Work Chuck
icon Touch the "Left Work Chuck
icon", located in the Output Control section of
the menu, to display the Left Work Chuck drop
down menu.

c. Grind Seal
DEflate/INflate Touch the "Grind Seal DEflate/INflate" button
until Grind Seal INflate is displayed.
d. Coolant ON/OFF Touch the "Coolant ON/OFF" button until
Coolant ON is displayed.
e. Close Touch the "Close" button to close the drop
down menu.
f. Quit Touch the "Quit" button to return to the
Machine Maintenance menu.
4. Rotate the knob on the Solenoid 1VAL regulator, located at the Door 14
Panel, until the menu screen status area display for LEFT Chuck Coolant reads
2.0 GPM.
CAUTION: Turn coolant valves on one at a time--
• If the left and right chuck coolant valves are turned on
simultaneously, the machine may flood after even a brief
period of time!
• If both the left and right chuck coolant valves are turned on at
the same time, the flow rate may drop as low as 1.5 GPM.
(Right Work Chuck = Solenoid 1VAL)
