LEFT/RIGHT WORK CHUCK D.I. WATER BACKFLUSH
Notes:
• Chuck backflush and blow off must always be readjusted whenever you
change to a work chuck with a pore size different from the one previously
installed.
• Chuck D.I. water backflush and air blow off are set together. The details below
provide steps for making both adjustments during one procedure. Refer to Blow
Off, below in this chapter, for the adjustment summary chart for Left/Right
Work Chuck Air Blow Off.
• Blow off will increase water flow through the chuck. Thus, only a minimal amount
of D.I. water--approximately one clockwise turn--is required.
