3. At the Output Control/Input Status menu, turn backflush ON to the left work
chuck:
Touch to Select Explanation/Screen Display
a. Inputs/Outputs At the Machine Maintenance menu screen, touch
the "Inputs/Outputs" button to select the Output
Control/Input Status menu.
Displays:
Output Control/Input Status menu
b. Left Work Chuck
icon Touch the "Left Work Chuck
icon", located in the Output Control section of
the menu, to display the Left Work Chuck drop
down menu.

c. Backflush ON/OFF Touch the "Backflush ON/OFF" button until
Backflush ON is displayed.
d. Close Touch the "Close" button to close the drop
down menu.
e. Quit Touch the "Quit" button to return to the
Machine Maintenance menu.
4. Rotate the knob on the Solenoid 19 regulator, located at the Door 14 Panel,
until the goal shown below is met:
GOAL: Set to produce gentle, even water flow through the work
chuck--water should flow very quietly, pouring off evenly all
around the chuck. Only minimal amount of water is required-
-approximately 1 clockwise turn.
(Right Work Chuck = Solenoid 23)
