CHUCKS
ROTATIONAL HOME
Cause: The procedure to home the work
and spin chucks failed.
Resolution:
• If the homing sensor hardware is not installed in the
machine, turn the chuck homing functions OFF in the
machine software variables.
(See Work and Spin Chuck Homing Hardware above
for details.)
• Retry homing the chucks after all other axes have
been homed.
• "Quit" and reenter the homing screen. Press "Home
All".
• Check the LEDs on the work chuck index sensors for
proper operation.
LEFT CHUCK HOME
Cause: The procedure to home the left
chuck failed.
Resolution:
• Retry homing the chucks after all other axes have
been homed.
• "Quit" and reenter the homing screen. Press "Home
All".
RIGHT CHUCK HOME
Cause: The procedure to home the right
chuck failed.
Resolution:
• Retry homing the chucks after all other axes have
been homed.
• "Quit" and reenter the homing screen. Press "Home
All".
CONDITIONING ARM POSITION
LEFT CONDITION ARM
Cause: Left condition arm has not
moved into the commanded position.
Resolution:
• Check condition arm up/down position sensors.
• Check condition arm park/engage position sensors.
