Number: 72 Value: 0.0 Label: RT Offset +/- 10 micron

Number: 73 Value: 10.0 Label: Polish Removal Limit
During Force Grind, when the target of the grinding operation is a force in
pounds rather than a distance in microns, this variable prevents removal of
too much material, since the grind recipe itself cannot. Set this variable to
some non-zero value to limit the amount of material removed to this many
microns. Do not leave this variable zero for a Force Grind, or the result will
be a near air-grind. In that situation, as soon as some material is removed,
the grind will exit.
Number: 74 Value: 0.0 Label: Fine Force Timeout
If the force produced during fine grind exceeds the value in variable 57 (FZ
Max Grind Force LBS) for this many seconds, the grind will be aborted.
However, if this variable is set to “zero seconds” that is understood to mean
“do not check for force timeouts.”
Number: 75 Value: 0.0 Label: Coarse Force Timeout
If the force produced during coarse grind exceeds the value in variable 59
(CZ Max Grind Force LBS) for this many seconds, the grind will be aborted.
However, if this variable is set to “zero seconds” that is understood to mean
“do not check for force timeouts.”

During the first part of the rinse/spin cycle, rotate at this speed.
Number: 77 Value: 5.0 Label: SPIN Clean secs
Duration of the first part of the rinse/spin cycle.
Number: 78 Value: 2000.0 Label: SPIN Dry rpm
During the second part of the rinse/spin cycle, rotate at this speed.
Number: 79 Value: 10.0 Label: SPIN Dry secs
Duration of the second part of the rinse/spin cycle.
