Adjusting the CO level
Connect the exhaust gas analyzer to
the test outlets on the exaust pipes
using the fittings (22) part no.
88713.1010 and measure the CO level
in each cyclinder. If the percentage
value measured is not within the
specified range (1.5% to 6% Vol.),
you will need to adjust the trimmer.
Switch on the DDS tester (1); see
heading “Tester Power Supply”.
Connect the power and diagnostics
cable (2) to the diagnostics
connector (A) on the tester and to
the diagnostics socket (B) on the
motorcycle.
Enter the general functions menu by
pressing the icon “Menu 1” (C).
Press the icon “Select vehicle”.
Registrazione del tenore di CO
Collegare un analizzatore gas di scarico
alle prese sui tubi di scarico mediante i
raccordi (22) cod. 88713.1010 e
misurare il tenore di CO in ogni
cilindro. Se la percentuale riscontrata
non rientra nei valori stabiliti
(1,5%÷6% Vol.) è necessario effetuare
la registrazione del trimmer.
Accendere lo strumento DDS (1)
facendo riferimento al paragrafo
“Alimentazione dello strumento”.
Collegare il connettore di diagnosi (A)
il cavo di alimentazione e diagnosi (2)
alla presa di diagnosi della moto (B).
Entrare nel menu funzionalità
generiche, premendo l'icona
“Tasto Menu 1” (C).
Premere l'icona “Scelta veicoli”.
