I. Configuration prerequisites
z The port on which port rate limiting configuration is to be performed is determined.
z The target rate and the direction of rate limiting (inbound or outbound) are
determined.
II. Configuration procedure

III. Configuration example
z Configure port rate limiting for inbound packets on Ethernet 1/0/1.
z The rate limit is 1,024 Kbps
Configuration procedure:
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] interface Ethernet 1/0/1
[Sysname-Ethernet1/0/1] line-rate inbound 1024

z The traffic redirecting destination is determined.
