Step 4. Open the CD ROM drive of the workstation, insert the Operating System CD-
ROM, and close the CD-ROM drive.
Note Twice during the boot process of PCs without a NIC for web access, the following message
appears. This message can be ignored.
!!! ERROR !!! No 3c90X NICs are installed in this computer.
After a few seconds a window as shown in Figure 7-60 appears with these options:

Step 5. Enter the appropriate # that corresponds to the device you are installing.
Step 6. The copyright screen displays. Press any key to continue, or the Ctrl + C key to stop
the installation.
